Integrative mental health care for children, teens, and adults in Los Angeles

A safe place to discuss medication and healing options for depression, anxiety, and ADHD.

Does this sound familiar?

Feeling overwhelmed. Noticing it’s hard to wake up in the morning, get through the day, and sleep through the night. Cycles of sadness, nervousness, and tiredness that feel like they will continue forever. Feeling unsure of how to move past painful memories. Is this affecting self esteem, work, school performance, or achieving your goals?

Please know you are welcome in this space and life doesn't have to stay this way.
